Jalapeño Ranch Dip

There is a Mexican restaurant in town that has the best jalapeño ranch dip and this copycat recipe takes less than 10 minutes to put together.  Perfect for a party or Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Jarred Jalapeños
  • 1 packet Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • Dash of Pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender: blend the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch dip packet and pepper until combined.
  • Next, add the jarred jalapeños and blend until well combined.  Note: you can adjust your heat level by the amount of jalapeños used in the dip. For a mild heat, use less jalapeños. For a spicier heat, use more jalapeños.
  • Add the cilantro into the food processor or blender and pulse it two or three times together.  Note: don't mix the cilantro to much or it will turn the dip green.
  • Garnish with a few jalapeños and cilantro on top.
  • Refrigerate for one hour before serving.  Then serve with tortilla chips and veggies.  It's also delicious with shrimp tacos or chicken burritos!

Jarred Jalapeños can be found in the aisle near the pickles at your grocery store.
