What do you get with a vintage dough bowl, pinecones and burlap snowflake décor? Add some candles and you’ve got a simple rustic winter centerpiece that embraces the season!
When the Christmas decorations have been packed up, I prefer to have a time of simplicity with my décor. Just a touch of winter décor is the perfect way to welcome the new year and this rustic winter centerpiece is adorable for the season. This simple rustic winter centerpiece that embraces the season is easy to create using items I already had around my home!
I had a vintage dough bowl and I gathered some seasonal items that I thought would look cute. I’m loving pinecones this year so I knew they would make an appearance in my winter décor. By the way, mini pinecones are like the cutest thing ever!
I had a spool of burlap ribbon and these pretty snowflake ornaments to incorporate into my rustic winter centerpiece. I just love the little beaded snowflake inlay in them–rustic meets elegance with the dainty beads. Don’t you think?
There really isn’t a method to this rustic winter centerpiece table arrangement. I put the snowflake ornaments into the dough bowl first. Next, I arranged the burlap ribbon into the dough bowl, making sure to nestle it around the ornaments. Then I added the flameless candles and added the pinecones into the bare areas of the dough bowl. Finally, I took the mini pinecone sprigs and placed them around the centerpiece to finish off the arrangement. I love the simplicity of this rustic winter centerpiece.
